a) What’s The Men’s Cave actually about?
The Men’s Cave has been involved in games room and lifestyle products and have supplied to major corporate companies, schools as well as many happy homes. With a young and growing team, we travel around the world to source for only the best products because we think you deserve only the best.
b) Do you have a showroom for viewing?
Yes we do! The Men’s Cave showroom is the largest games room product showroom in Singapore. Spanning over 2000 sq ft, we display a large range of pool tables, foosball tables, arcade machines and much more. The showroom is open 365 days a year but do make an appointment before dropping by.
c) Are these items all in stock for immediate delivery?
We do keep stock for most of our products. However, customised products will be built to order and depending on product would have a lead time of between 2 to 4 weeks.
d) There are too many choices! Do you have recommendations for me?
Depending on your requirements, we are able to recommend products that best fit your space/usage. Whether it is placed in offices, recreational spaces or homes, we have products that fit all the different spaces!
2) Delivery & Lead Time
a) Is there a lead time on my product?
The lead time varies depending on product. For customisable products, the average lead time is 2-4weeks. For non customised products, we do have existing stock for almost all of our products
b) I’m living in Singapore, do you guys provide delivery?
Yes we do. Our prices include delivery and installation to all areas of Singapore. Your products will be treated with utmost care and a professional team will be on hand for installation.
c) How long does it take to deliver a product upon order?
The Men’s Cave have deliveries scheduled everyday and on average we would be able to deliver within 3-5 working days.
d) I’ve a preferred date of delivery, how do I schedule for it?
Do contact us at +65 6567 8615 and use extension 2 to speak to our operations manager should you have a specific date of delivery in mind. We will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
3) Website & Payments
a) Why am I unable to proceed with my cart purchase?
Ensure that you have filled in all the necessary details and if you are still unable to proceed with your purchase, do contact us so we can look into your order.
b) What are the modes of payment?
There are several ways to make payment. The most frequent mode is via cash/cheque on delivery and bank transfer. However we do accept payment via PayPal, VISA and other major payment methods.
c) I’m purchasing on behalf of my company. What are the payment terms?
For corporate companies, we extend a one week payment terms upon completion of the delivery. Do keep us informed if the cheque has been mailed out or if you have made payment by any other methods so we can verify on our end.
d) Will I be getting an invoice for my order?
For all our deliveries, a hard copy invoice will be printed and handed to you unless otherwise stated. Alternatively we can email you a official e-invoice.
4) International Orders
a) I am not from Singapore. Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! The Men’s Cave clientele extends to all over the world. While we do ship regularly within Asia, we have completed orders from Australia,Europe and America too.
b) How do you ship internationally?
The Men’s Cave works with TNT on our international orders. Their door-to-door shipping service extends to over 200 countries. Upon pickup in Singapore, you can track & trace your parcel with ease.
c) What are the shipping rates?
The shipping rates will vary based on the size of the parcel and delivery address. For a more accurate quote, do contact our operations team with your delivery address and item of choice.
